How long can the pastries be kept for?

As all of our pastries are baked fresh without any preservatives, we strongly recommend that the pastries be consumed fresh on the day of delivery/collection to preserve the quality. However, they can be kept for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

Do the pastries have to be kept refrigerated?

Yes all our pastries must be kept refrigerated unless stated otherwise. It is advised that the pastries be stored in the refrigerator upon delivery/collection and they should not be left out for more than 1.5hours.

Are your pastries Halal certified?

No, we are not Halal certified. Some components in our pastries contain alcohol and/or pork gelatin.

Can I choose a delivery time frame?

For all our bakesale deliveries, delivery will take place between 9am-6pm and choosing of delivery time slot is not allowed. Should you need an estimated delivery window, please contact us via DMs @kypatisserie and we will try our best to assist you.

Do you do any customisations?

Currently we do not do any customisations. However if you have any dietary restrictions, you may check in with us and we’ll be happy to discuss any possible alternatives.

Do you take in ala carte orders apart from your bakesale dates?

Can I cancel my order? Will I get a refund?

95% of the paid amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled more than 5 days before the delivery or collection date.

50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled less than 5 days before the delivery or collection date. However, we may offer a higher refund amount up to 95% of the paid amount on a case by case basis subject to our discretion.
